What my Process Looks like?
#1 Starting
We jump on a call and discuss the project. Or if you don’t like talking, you can ask for the detail on the Twitter/LinkedIn and I will send you the proposal.
#2 Working
Proposal accepted and we are on the same page. I begin working and answering pitches on your behalf. You will be added to Airtable to track everything.
#3 Reporting
After the project is completed, I will share the complete report with you with all the answers submitted and links won for your organization.

Common Questions about HARO service
Why advance payment?
I cannot control the link once it is published. The advance payment protects me from getting scammed, in case someone does not pay me after the link is published. There is refund policy to protect your interests.
Is this a shady link building strategy?
No. HARO is not a link building strategy. It is to help journalists and bloggers by answering their questions. They get the answer and expert insight for their article – and we get a brand mention.
It is how journalism works. Writers take interviews of experts.
In HARO, instead of taking an interview of one expert, they submit their question and collect the answers. Whichever answer they like, they use it in an article citing the source.
How long will it take to start getting mentions?
We cannot predict that. The writing is a long process – and I have seen quotes getting published after 4 months. That’s why I am always at loss.
I keep submitting the queries till the 5 links are published and more than often clients get more links than they order.
The average time is 2 months.
What to do if I made more links than you purchased?
It’s up to you. If you like to pay for the extra links, great. If you don’t, then I cannot force you. But if you retain my service, then it is fair you pay for those extra links.
Full Refund for Non Placements
The Full Refund means a refund of the amount I received.
In case of Payment Gateway Fee deduction, it will be lost in the transaction. But I am sure it will not be more than 5% of total money.
For example:
- You sent $500. I received $480.
- Then I will return the $480 I received.
- Not the $500 you sent.
