KubeCon India Hyderabad 2025 // Social Media posts ideas
KubeCon is one of the biggest events in the cloud-native ecosystem. It brings together developers, maintainers, and companies driving innovation in Kubernetes and beyond. The 2025 edition of KubeCon India took place in Hyderabad, a vibrant hub for tech and innovation.
Last year, it happened in Delhi. I joined the event and managed social media from the ground. While I didn’t attend in person this time, I was still part of the action through InfraCloud’s social media efforts. From highlighting key sessions and speakers to amplifying insights shared by our team on the ground, it was exciting to capture the energy of the community and showcase InfraCloud’s presence at KubeCon Hyderabad 2025.
Here are several social media posts we did:
Many folks from InfraCloud/Improving join the KubeCon. So a map to show where they are traveling:

Introducing all the people of InfraCloud who are speaking at KubeCon.

Individual post for each speaker, sharing what they will talk about.

Simple guide for the attendees to know the food-system of the Hyderabad.

Found out Hyderabad is known for many thing, so tried this angle.

A meme, adding the culture of the city:

Schedule, but only for InfraCloud speakers… as the main schedule is quiet big, and one can miss the session by infranauts.

On the scene, social media post for every speaker with their picture on stage. Though I was not on the field, but my team was very kind to share the pics in near real time.

Day 2 pic…

Because many were attending the KubeCon Hyderabad, so made the Slack post as well.

There was a heart-shaped lake in Hyderabad. So I used Google Earth to make a zoom-in video. Showing Hyderabad, while sharing KubeCon information.

Wrap up posts are nice. They give the closure.

But it does not mean the end. You can still distribute the post-event content to keep reminding audience that you were part of the event.

That’s it
Some posts worked, some did not. But it was fun to think, plan, and come up with ideas. You have to repeat the same thing, but from different angles, to avoid becoming boring. It was a team effort, with other folks reviewing, updating, and helping with the entry social media campaign.
I hope these posts give you ideas for more creative posts for event creative posts for event.
